Our goal is to enhance the visual presentation of your postcard while maintaining the integrity of your content.
• Moderation: Postcards may be subject to moderation, and the platform has the right to reject or remove any postcard that violates these terms and conditions.
• Responsibility for Delivery: The platform does not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or undelivered postcards. However, in the unlikely event that your postcard is not received on the set future date due to shipping errors, you are covered by our "100% Smile Guarantee." If this occurs, please contact us with proof, and we will resend your postcard free of charge. This policy applies specifically to paying clients who can provide proof of purchase, such as a confirmation email and a bank statement showing a payment to Future-Posts.com. This policy only applies to the "Design your own postcard" product. Please note that this policy does not apply to the "Transform a Postcard You've Bought on Vacation into a Future Post" service. Since these postcards are physical items that were not created on our platform, they cannot be replicated or resent if lost.
• Postcards Sent to Us: Future-Posts.com assumes no responsibility for postcards sent to us by clients, including but not limited to the cost of shipping, loss, theft, or damage during the shipping process. We do not offer refunds for the "Transform a Postcard You've Bought on Vacation into a Future Post" service if the postcard fails to reach us. Refunds cannot be issued in cases where the postcard was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

6. Agreement to Service Characteristics and Fees

By using Future-Posts.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the characteristics and costs associated with our postcard service:

• Service Process: You understand and agree to follow the outlined process for creating or transforming a postcard as detailed on Future-Posts.com. This includes selecting the postcard design, uploading necessary content, providing a delivery address, and choosing a future delivery date. By engaging with this service, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the process as described.
• Postcard Dimensions: The current postcard dimensions are A5 format (148 x 210 mm / 5.8 x 8.3 inches). By using our service, you agree to these specified dimensions for your FuturePost.
• Message Length: The maximum word count for the message included in your FuturePost is currently set at 300 words. This limit ensures that your message fits well within the postcard format. You agree to adhere to this word limit when submitting your content.
• Service Fees: The current flat fee for creating a FuturePost is 10 euros, which includes the design, handling, storage, and worldwide shipping. For transforming a postcard you have purchased into a FuturePost, the current flat fee is 8 euros, which also includes shipping. You acknowledge that these fees are part of a paid service, and by using Future-Posts.com, you agree to these costs.
• Fee Changes: You understand and agree that all fees are subject to change at the discretion of Future-Posts.com. Any changes to the fees will be communicated to you before payment is processed.

7. Limitation of Liability
